Travel Insurance:
FFC Historical Tours recommends that all travelers carry travel insurance to cover you on any unexpected travel issues.  Two well established providers for that are Travelex Insurance Services (best for families and group policies) and John Hancock Insurance Agency (best for individual travelers).  There are various types of travel insurance, but the two most important are medical coverage and medical evacuation.  This is especially the case when travelling outside of the United States.  Most domestic insurance policies do not cover people abroad when hospitalized.  Also, in case of an emergency medical evacuation, costs can be astronomical and having basic coverage for this albeit extremely unlikely situation is highly recommended.

A deposit of $400 is due per person in order to reserve your spot on the trip. 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the start date of the tour.  The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start date of the tour. 

If you pay the full amount upfront, there is a 5% discount.

Deposits and remaining payments can be paid via check, money order of via Paypal through this website.  All checks can to be made out to:

All receipts and payment acknowledgements will be sent via the provided email address.  An email receipt will be sent after initial payment is made.  Also, a welcome packet will be mailed to you once payment is processed.  An invoice of any remaining costs will be included as well as a paper receipt for payments made in that welcome packet.
