It is with a heavy heart that FFC Historical Tours has decided to cancel its summer 2021 international tours. Because of the continuing issues with Covid and international travel, it has become apparent that the prudent decision would be to push off our Ireland and France tours to 2022. We still are offering all of our day tours in Maryland (Monocacy, Antietam and Ellicott City walking tours) all of which are outdoors, practice social distancing, have contactless payment, and require masks. We look forward to providing local tours this year and hope to deliver quality experiences for customers abroad in 2022.
Explore the beaches of Normandy and stroll along the streets of Paris. These tours will walk in the footsteps of the brave men and women who fought for our freedoms in 1944. While in Paris will also see famous locations such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph, sample French cuisine and tour a number of museums. While in Bayeux, your tour will mainly focus on the Operation Overlord Campaign, however, we will explore historical sites from the medieval to as early as the Roman Empire.
“If there is anyone that you should trust traveling abroad with, it is Fred Campbell. I had the pleasure of going to France and exploring the vast city of Paris, the centuries-old, small-town Bayeux and every beach from the invasion of Normandy, it truly was a trip of a lifetime. I still look back fondly on the many memories I made on the trip and it was all thanks to the incredible Fred Campbell.” – Matthew O.
